Embryo One (Lab Health Monitoring)
Last updated: May 7, 2026

This policy describes how Embryo One (the “App”) handles information when you use it. The App helps clinical and laboratory staff monitor lab equipment (for example incubators and related sensors). By using the App, you agree to this policy.

What we collect

The App is for equipment monitoring, not for collecting patient medical records.

How we use it

We use this information to run the App: sign-in, syncing your data, showing dashboards, sending alerts when you enable them, and improving stability. We do not sell your personal information.

Permissions

The App may ask for device permissions (for example notifications, background activity for monitoring, photos or files when needed, or network access). You can change these in your device settings; some features need them to work.

Service providers & sharing

We use trusted companies to host the service, handle sign-in, deliver notifications, and distribute the App. They process data only to support the App. We may also share information if the law requires it, or if our business is transferred to a new owner. Others in your clinic may see the same clinic data you put in the App, depending on how your organization uses it.

Security & retention

We use reasonable safeguards, including encryption for data sent over the internet. Data may be stored on servers in different countries. We keep information as long as needed to operate the App and as appropriate for your use; some copies may remain in backups for a time after deletion.

Children

The App is not for children under 16. Contact us if you think we have a child’s information by mistake.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
